If you are a new patient to the practice, you will need to have an initial consultation appointment. At this appointment we will conduct a full mouth examination, including oral cancer screening and x-rays if necessary. You will be asked to complete a medical history form on arrival.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to another patient and reduce our waiting times. Please note that if a patient cancels at short notice or fails to attend an appointment this may result in a charge or refusal of further appointments.
In case of emergencies, please contact the practice immediately and the practice will endeavour to see you within 24 hours. If you have an emergency out of practice hours, please telephone the practice for emergency arrangements.
