There is no higher priority to our team than the safety of our patients and staff. When visiting us at Truro Dental Health we want you to feel confident that all health and safety measures are taken to prevent transmission of all disease, including Coronavirus.
Following guidance from NHS England, we have been advised that we can start a phased opening from the 8th June.
Since the announcement, we as a team have been preparing the building and obtaining where possible, the appropriate PPE.
When we re-open on the 8th June we will have to prioritise dental emergencies from the period of lockdown.
If you have contacted us during this time and spoken to our on call dentist or a member of our reception team, please be reassured we will contact you as soon as an appointment becomes available.
If you have a new emergency, please do not hesitate to call the team.
Please be aware that when appointments are made, there will be some changes in the way these are carried out. Prior to your appointment, expect a pre-appointment triage and health screening call. We will also notify you of other important information regarding your visit. On arrival you will be asked to wait in your car in the car park or a safe place outside as the doors will be locked. You will be greeted by a staff member and they will guide you through the procedure. Rest assured we will be here to help you through.
Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
Stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back to the practice very soon.
With best wishes
Adam Blake and Fergus Gill
