Following a recent review of our disability access risk assessment we have made the decision to withdraw wheelchair access to the practice due to safety issues with the ramps & steps.
We appreciate that this decision will come as a disappointment to you but hope that you can understand that patient safety is our main concern at all times.
As a result of this decision we can offer either the Domiciliary service (to arrange a home visit) or a referral to Smile Together the community service, so that your dental care will continue to be managed.
