Our reception team are steadily working through patients who have still not had a routine check up appointment following the start of the pandemic in March 2020. We are making good progress with this.
We are still working to the current NHS Standard Operating Procedures that we understand these will be in place until at least the 31st March 2022. This means that although the doors to the practice are now open we do have limited seating in the waiting room. We also require our patients to wear a face covering when entering the building and ask that patients acknowledge social distancing whilst at the practice.
We have recently started using remote forms that are emailed 72 hours before the appointment. These forms include a medical history update, covid screening questions and the NHS payment form and help us to gather all the information we need ahead of your appointment.
If you have not already been contacted and would like to book a check up then please call us. We also continue to offer emergency appointments to our registered patients on a daily basis.
We appreciate your patience at this difficult time but do feel there is light at the end of the tunnel now!
